General Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, we will help you. We offer a free refund within 10 days of purchase for all Products in Stock.

Returns can be accepted as store credit, another item, or a refund on the original method of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy.

Below are examples of common exclusions.

• Discounted merchandise is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must be returned with tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Returned merchandise must not show visible signs of wear and tear or use.

Any withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation, once Altrovedanza Customer Service approve the return, we will provide the specifications about next steps.

The return address (if applicable) - will be provide after Altrovedanza's Customer service approve the return. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Unauthorized returns will be returned to yourself or your end customer (if applicable) and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Wrong Address: if you or your customers send the goods to an Unauthorized address Altrovedanza will not be liable for any loss or damage to your goods or services.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you have registered an account with altrovedanza.eu and have not added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returns due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to bill for a package will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).

Samples & Sizes Package:

Altrovedanza is close to their customers and undertakes to use all means to protect you from any errors, particularly in the choice of the correct size(s), fabrics and colors.

For this reason, we offer for FREE to all Verified Ballet School, a Package with all samples.
