We are pleased to offer a 10-day return policy for any reason.

If you or your customers regretting a purchase, must contact our Customer Service sending an email to and express their will to return the item within 10 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item.

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation, if Altrovedanza Customer Service approve the return, we will provide the specifications about next steps.

Once a return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email.

If the goods are in the correct condition, the refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive your package.

Important Notice: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
