Exchanges of Products in Warehouse Items Altrovedanza adopts a flexible exchange policy.

In fact, if one of the products received does not go well you can replace it.

Below is a simple procedure and recommendations to follow in order to change the purchased product.

You can only exchange items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact where applicable.

Step 1: You must contact our Customer Service sending an email to and express their will to exchange the item within 10 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item, and indicating also the product(s) you want to change and the one(s) you want to receive.

Step 2: Wait for the authorization from Altrovedanza to exchange the goods

Step 3: As soon as the goods arrive to our warehouse, you will be contacted to define the new shipment.

The cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer will be according to the shipping cost of your country.

Beta Exchange service: Some courier, in some country allow us to use their exchange service, it means, we send the new item and when the courier arrive to your address you can give them the item(s) that you want change.

The cost of this service will be notify by Altrovedanza.
