Returns: Custom products

Complaints regarding damaged/defective/misprinted products must be made within 7 days of receipt of the products, (we do not refund orders for buyerโ€™s remorse).

If you or your customer notice any problem with the products or order, please contact our Customer Service sending an email to, providing a picture of the item(s) and describing the problem(s).

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify what happened, if Altrovedanza Customer Service approve the return, we will provide the specifications about next steps.

Once a return package reaches our facility, weโ€™ll notify you via email. Based on the reason for the return, we'll decide what the next steps should be.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or obviously personalized.

  2. goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, Altrovedanza reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return.

  3. Customers regretting a purchase for any reasons.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English language, regardless of whether it has been translated for any purpose.
