General Delivery Information

For shipments to countries in the EU customs zone, Ballable OÜ guarantees delivery charges on the customer's behalf and pays all charges including duties and VAT.

This applies to the entire order value and the customer does not have to pay any additional charges at the delivery address or doorstep.

Altrovedanza manage two class of products:

N.B.: The items in stock can't be send with items to be made, in any case both class of products will be shipped separately.

Regular and free shipping does not guarantee delivery dates. Please note that delivery times may be different than stated or may take longer than planned.

Altrovedanza can do nothing for any delays by the courier service for the delivery of the products. E.g. Christmas periods, holidays, force majeure, etc.

When placing your order, please make sure you have the correct delivery address and to provide an address where someone is available to sign the package pickup.

Wrong address: If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  1. Items in stock: If the package is undeliverable you should provide us an address where is possible to ship the goods. We'll provide to our courier the correct address. If the package is returned to us by the courier, and you don't want the goods anymore we will refund you the amount minus the shipping and return costs incurred.

  2. Custom products: If the package is undeliverable you should provide us an address where is possible to ship the goods. We'll provide to our courier the correct address. If the package is returned to us by the courier, and you don't want the goods anymore we are sorry but there is no refund.

In the case you want the goods (custom or in stock), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if applicable) after we have verified your most recent address.
